Making an Appointment
There are lots of ways to make an appointment, you can ring, text, or email, Deborah or Sharon at to ask any questions or to arrange a day and time for your first appointment or you can book online
Often, an initial getting-to-know-each-other appointment can be so helpful in taking that first step into counselling. We want you to feel comfortable, that you are free to talk about whatever's on your mind.
We provide 2 Free services for our members; e-Talk Online is a 1 hour, 1-to-1, confidential virtual chat room service. The second is a Free 30 minute Telephone consultation via Whats-App.
Becoming a member
Membership is free, please sign-up to Book an appointment.
As a member you are invited to contribute to our forum Self Help pages where members can chat with other members, ask questions and share thoughts and ideas relating to Mental Health.
We ask that you request each others viewpoints at all times.
All other sessions can be either 60 or 90 minutes long and are charged at £25 for 60 minutes and £40 for 90 minutes, and include:
Personal Development (Self Care)
Couples Counselling (90 Mins)
Due to the Corona-virus pandemic, all payments for products and services can be made online via our web-store.
